When we dive in, water gives us a wealth of benefits.
Aqua aerobics helps to strengthen our muscles and cardiovascular system for both the young and old, whether they know how to swim or not. Water resists against our movements and body buoyancy allowing our backs and joints to relax. The venous system is energized by the massaging effect and by the pressure of the water which leaves us afterwards, with a feeling of well-being.
Regular aqua aerobics helps improve mobility and improve body shape.
To sum it up, it helps us stay healthy!

Aqua aerobics classes are dispensed by Mathieu Escaffit, Olga Abgrall, Cyril Darcourt, Laeticia Michel, Sylviane Domenge and Audrey Amate who all hold French diplomas (B.E.E.S.A.N.)

Friday: Open from 11.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Saturday: Open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
