Founded in 1976 by Catherine Stouky, a Swiss swimming instructor, ENT aims to promote swimming in a many different ways: From getting used to being in the water to learning swimming techniques, from sports training to aqua-aerobics.
Young children love to be in or near to water so learning to swim is essential. It's also an excellent way to build their self-confidence.
Knowing how to swim, is first of all loving water and really be at ease in it. This is our primary goal.
Aqua aerobics helps to strengthen our muscles and cardiovascular system for both the young and old, whether they know how to swim or not. Water resists against our movements and body buoyancy allowing our backs and joints to relax. The venous system is energized by the massaging effect and by the pressure of the water which leaves us afterwards, with a feeling of well-being.
